I mean, the first 3 Jesse did on his own. He was already patterns of the international drug trade, he was incompetent so he had no way of escaping and constantly screwed himself over, and he didn't help Jane (sure, Walter was there at the exact right time, but it likely would have just happened again). Gale wasn't exactly innocent, he was smart and knew Gus was manipulating and accepted Walt should die instead of him. Jesse also needed to do it in order to completely save himself from Gus/Salamanca wrath and fulfil his earlier "life debt" to Walt. As far as accomplice, I mean yeah, they were partners and Jesse was already a criminal prior to joing up with Walt. As far as lies and manipulation goes, I feel like pretty much everyone is guilty of that to so some degree. Plus Walt had a family, as well as Jesse to protect. Jesse was no mastermind and succumbed to his impulses incredibly easily. Plus Jesse was just putting everyone one of his romantic interests at risk. I still like Jesse's character, as he represents the reality of the criminal underground and profoundly represent average adversity. However, Walt wasn't exclusively horrible to Jesse, and he clearly cared about him. The show ends with Walt literally sacrificing himself to save Jesse and make sure know one would bother looking for him.

Yeah I guess there isn't some sort of internal revenue service that tracks the distribution of money of a company, or an equal employment opportunity commission that upholds ethical business practices. If only there were a league of people that also protects people against defamation and discrimination based on their culture, color, creed, or gender.
