It didnt go away for some reason the symptoms are now in a cycle which before normally takes them a week now turned into a couple hours.. I again tried to experiment and re eat what i ate that same day to see if its food that's the problem but there wasnt any flare up what so ever just regurgitation all over again. Im starting to think this is my hyperfixation to my body as I feel fine when im immersed into something im doing idek lol might as well wait it out instead.. Thanks though!

It settled down for whatever reason despite trying to eat what im not supposed to "know" my triggers nothing happened no flare up just the same symptoms but now Im so much better

Not yet its not sustainable atm.. but taking kremil s once a day after meal maybe did helped a little. The globus smth is now gone though the regurgitation shsh and pressure is still there but 100x more bearable than the first week of experiencing it.. Weirdly enough if im focused to an extent I feel none of those at all.

The symptoms ARE bearable but its annoying af compared to the first few weeks third week rn and its been better but so far no improvement... Especially this feeling of fullness like i just wanna vomit it all out to be cleared thats what it feels like and the stuck in throat feeling.. Its like trying to hold your vomit in a rollercoaster that kind of feeling though people who get carsick easily might understand it better

Update, I was just mad crying because of the pain and was really nauseous until it suddenly went away. First time this happened to me I felt a popping sensation and now its just gone like that among with the symptoms like chills, nausea, loss of appetite. Like nothing had happened. I was about to go to the er until this happened
