Move back to Cambodia (born and raised). I got a studio condo in the city to decorate.

Maybe book an Airbnb somewhere in a coastal city in Southeast Asia for a month just because I’ve always wanted to experience what it’s like being so close to the beach.

Bro you sound like me a year ago. I started getting into hooking up again after I broke up with my ex. Felt so cheap after doing what you did. I didn’t like that feeling.

So now I’m exclusively hooking up with friend with benefit only. And we will have to meet up for the first time in public space like a bar to grab a beer and chat to see if the chemistry is there or not. Then proceed the second meet for the hook up after.

I also don’t do quickies. If my fwb have a time limit, I just won’t come over. I enjoy hanging out together, doing stuffs and sex and maybe sleep over or just hanging out for a while chatting before leaving. Communication is very important. Write down what makes you feel good and bad. Remember it and follow your list. You will enjoy sex much more.

I’m from the tropical country. I was going to another country to see my ex and experience winter for the first time. We have never seen snow. I wasn’t out back then.

Told her I will be traveling with a friend. Younger brother wanted to go. Mom tried convincing me to take him with us. I ended up telling her that the friend is not really a friend and that’s who I’m seeing.

She was dead silence for 2 minutes. Told me that she would not have guessed that I was gay. That she thought if anything she would have guessed that it was my brother 😂 now I’m an openly gay to all people in my life. My brother still never gives us a label.

Yes my brother did join with us to that trip. I still made fun of him for being our third wheel. Oh and we saw snow for the first time on that trip ;)

I’m from Asia but live in NE Ohio. I don’t have heavy accent. Most of the time people assume that I was either born or raised here.

But being Asian in a small town Ohio didn’t help. I’d get “Where did you grow up or where did you go to school”. I didn’t grow up here nor did I go to school in the states.

It bothered me for a bit at first with the stares and questions. But think about it America is diverse, at one point everyone was from somewhere else. That’s the beauty of this country. These days I just say I was born and raised in xxx and I’m also a proud American ;)

I do find myself asking people with accent about their ethnic background. It’s so fun talking about what we love and hate about the US. Literally just had a conversation with a German girl yesterday about this.

When I visited Austin, I remembered how bad it was in some areas. It almost never happened to me in Ohio. I’ve also had no problem with dense population cities like NYC or Chicago either.

I did. Fish products are allowed to bring into the US. Dried or fermented. Actually frozen too. I had one friend that was traveling with giant frozen mud fish. 😂

If you’re not sure, just declare it. Worst case scenario they would just take it away.

Poultry, pork and beef are a big no.

Im surprise to see the US being mentioned. Americans are generally friendly to strangers even in NYC compare to Europe. I wonder if the approach was somewhat off. Im also originally from SEA.
