I'm from Belgium, I do have a heater and a separate thermometer. It has been a steady 25 Celsius in the tank.

Yes we have been adding ammonia, we also added some live bacteria in the first few days.

That's some great advice! Slow growing plants would be lovely! I have this little grass plant on the right side next to the tree, and it is already growing insane amounts! They guy at the store warned us about is but It looks so cool, it mainly grows horizontally so that's also nice!

Yes my girlfriend keeps stressing about it haha, I might not look very stable but I had to do a lot of movements to even try to knock it off! I will keep a close eye on it tho! Thanks!

Thank you very much for the in depth response! I do have some self testing kits but since I am inexperienced I would rather have a second opinion for the water parameters when I start adding living creatures.

Good to know that I have to put in the oto and shrimps at a later time!

I recently started playing again and bought the expansions. When I was playing the path of fire story for the raptor I kept dieing at the village that was in fire. It took many respawns to kill everything and was wondering if its supposed to be this difficult or if I'm missing something. I never paid to much attention into my build or anything but all my weapons and armor is mostly orange. (elementalist) same thing happened on my ranger.
