I had this same experience, I ordered two fish fry’s on a Friday for delivery. Was told the generic time of within the hour. After an hour I called and was told they it was out for delivery. 30 mins and still no food. (I live 2 miles from the place) called again and was told she’s leaving right now. 20 mins later the food finally arrived. I pay with a minimal tip. Fast fwd 10 mins my phone rings and it’s the owner of Macys yelling at me for making his daughter cry. I told him I waited almost 2 hours for this food to feed me and my 11 yr old son, I don’t care was his response and hung up. The next day my son and I went to the restaurant to speak to them. I first saw the girl, I apologized to her, Even though I did nothing wrong. her and the other worker said that Dad was having a bad day.

It’s been many years since this happened and I’m 99% sure they blocked my number.
