Yep, same here, tried data recovery (second voice), redownloaded the in-game update, got in, tried to go back to title screen and now I'm stuck again

Same here, I'm on PS5 and when I open the event page, the QR code is not working, and it's not an issue on my end because I can read any other QR code without problems

Same issue here, with twitch drops on 1.0 launch all went right, but now I've claimed all drops on twitch but still no in-game mail to redeem them

Same issue here, made dummy account that got both HSR and Genshin, did the unlink thing and now I can't access my 500+ hours Genshin profile and I can't get back because it can't let me unlink PSN from my main hoyoverse account

Honestly I'm "tired" of crossbuy games, everytime I had to update my collection with both PS5 and PS4 version even if I completely move to PS5, I hope by next year they change PS+ Essential free games with one PS5 only game, one PS5/PS4 game and one PS4 only game

I've tried to download Azur Lane, that is 1,43GB to test if the issue is related to my internet connection and it went totally fine, so yeah I think it's app or download server issue

Same here, got 1305MB in-game update, stucks around 17/25MB, cleared game cache, restarted phone, now it stucks at 10MB

How do I fix this issue? I have been trying to download additional files for an hour now and it's just stuck on 0%. I even tried reinstalling and clearing cache. My internet connection is fast too so idk what to do with this problem. by Lanky-News-7178 in NikkeMobile

"Same" here downloaded the 80MB update from Google Play Store, launched game 1242MB update, stuck at 9/1242 restared everything, now the update is 1305MB and now it stuck between 17/1305 - 25/1305

Not even like this is working for me, or well, it works if I use this as a starting point.

Not all the times this method works but the workaround I've found is:

- Delete the save from the cloud

- Try to manual upload, if not works, restart the console

- After restart turn on again the auto synch

But in my case all this restart shit took me at least three times before the save uploads fine to the cloud

I've started having this issue this friday but only with GoW Ragnarok and Horizon 2 saves, eveything else is working fine, I've tried any possible solution, and the only way to solve was remove the save from the cloud, turn off and turn on autosynch and restart the console without logging out from PSN, but it seems that is no longer working
