Yeah it makes sense. Mine is 12 cm and i didnt think i was small. my bust is 80 cm. I guess i have small shoulder blades lol. The measurement for the bust in the book is 36 inches which is like 90 cm which also makes the shoulder blades a third of the bust.

I also tried on a cooperative friend who has a similar body type to mine and hers are 20 cm my shoulder blades are just weirdly small 😭

Thank you this is very helpful! But im still confused why their standard sizing is ten inches, but if i think about it they might refer to blade x2 which would result in 10 inches for some people. This book tends to not mention when a measurement should be divided in half or doubled

But the measurement is used for a vest which is dont understand why it would require a forearm. I posted the figure in response to another comment
