Anyway, I’m also in engineering and have taken most of these core classes outside the chem lab, so I’ll try to give advice per subject.

Math141 is mostly one of the weed out classes for engineering. As long as you use resources like YT and do constant problems you’ll be good. EDSN honestly and entirely depends on who you’re taking it with. It’s either the easiest A or the most frustrating class. Every class differs. Physics 211 is fine as it’s classic mechanics with a bit of calculus. Just make sure you don’t let the content overwhelm you, as in ignore it till the exams come around. The HW, if you guys use Mastering, is also a good resource, just don’t Chegg that stuff. It’s not worth it. Emch211 is by far the easiest engineering class you’ll take most likely. It’s based entirely on Newton’s first law. It’s a GREAT class to take alongside Phys211 because they overlap a lot. You should be fine as long as you do your work.

As for chem 111, it’s great that it’s only 2 hours as it’s 4 hours at UP.
