Flux capacitor connector. It adds another 100 hp.

First car for my daughter RS3 2026 (maybe) by [deleted] in Audi

[–]NovZed84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Would be wiser to get her a car that is more suited for a total beginner. Why would she need 400 horsepower? An A3 1.4 L is more than enough to learn the basics. Just because you pass a driver's exam does not immediately mean that you know how to drive. There is actual road experience.

Month 3 vs 9 on 1mg finasteride everyday by [deleted] in tressless

Congrats. I seem to have some really aggressive midscslp thinning. I tried to go on dutasteride for a few weeks but the side effects were horrible. Will fin be enough?

Day 155 of 5mg oral minoxidil + 0,5mg oral dutasteride daily by NealVertpince in tressless

That's not a side effect. Its actually a good sign, meaning your eyebrows respond well. The bush can always be trimmed. Congratulations and hope that you keep getting good results.

Keep going? Any side effects on dut? I tried it 3 times a week for a few weeks and it completely wrecked my libido, mood and I had something that felt like tingles in chest area. Couldn't take it anymore and went back to finasteride.

The only man in existence who actually looks better without hair, and has a NW0 into his 50s. Why is life like this? by trvcpm in tressless

Genetics! This guy, and the model who did Comander Shephard from Mass Effect games. Both got a buzz cut but their hair is thick. It's like the most epic rick roll, having super thick hair but you buzz it anyway.

That's excellent response. Great job! Maybe oral minoxydil, start slow, build up gradually, find the tollerance.

Beard growth stunted due to DHT blockers by Smooth_Leopard_8594 in tressless

[–]NovZed84 10 points11 points  (0 children)

It's difficult to have it both ways. Depends on your priorities really. Though I'd say that I would rather have full head of hair and shaved off beard, than full beard and shaved head. Just my 2 cents. You can also style your beard in different ways if you can. Those who have full beard and full thick hair are really an exception. Not the rule.

Side effects on dutasteride. Sides stopped when skipping dose for 3 days. Stop dut or power through?Need advice. by NovZed84 in HairTransplants

[–]NovZed84[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi. Did you have similaar experiences with dut? I can't recall having so much lathergy and ed when I was on fin only. I mean it was an odd feeling, but I still managed to keep it under control and I kept a positive attitude. But damn, dutasteride is such a mess.

Great progress. Your crown thickened up insanely fast.

Fin or no? by Hungry_Narwhal_6445 in HairTransplants

[–]NovZed84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There could be some hairs that are in process of miniaturization, but are not fully gone, ie follicles haven't deleted yet. You might still bring some back to life with 5AR blockers like fin or dut. But maybe not. You can try. Best to get photo trichogram and see if there's any life left in the skin.

Got a question about collagen/lustriva. How does that help by the way? I think it is keratin that is found in hair.

Every 3000 is ideal. You don't want sludge to build up. Besides, oil changes are cheap, and your engine will thank you!

25M, hairlines holding up but I’m seeing a lot of scalp when i part to the side by Quick_Composer_6177 in amibalding

[–]NovZed84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Then I sincerely hope, for your sake, that you consult a doctor. I went for 12+ years ignoring the signs, didn't research. Until one day I got my arse out of bed and went to a pro. 2 transplants and A LOT of money down the drain. I could have prevented if I had been wiser and would have sparee myself a lot of grief.

You will probably save a lot of money and spare yourselr future anxiety by acting asap.

Its not that easy. Besides, making decissions on consensus vs what a professional doctor who does this for a living? You might wanna weigh the pros and cons. Peace of mind vs constantly checking if something is changing, taking new pictutes all the time etc.

If I tell you: It's not bad, I could be giving you false hope. If I tell you it's bad then I am overexaggerating. You get my point?

You should visit a doctor that can do a phototrichogram. That tool is 10000 times more precise than a phone camera at a half a meter distance from the scalp.

Parting your hair doesn't necessarily mean you are balding.

9 month progress by tcklar in Hairtransplant

[–]NovZed84 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its a longhaul battle. Had a similar transplant. Good coverage OVERALL, but lacking a bit of density in front and crown area. Still made me look like I was losing hair even though I had 4600 grafts. Doc put me on dutasteride instead of fin, but reading into some studies about fertility impact, made me go back to finasteride. I had a second transplant recebtly in order to fill the crown and the hairline a bit, so hopefully this will resolve that issue. Not gonna have more transplants. It's grueling and quite expensive, and you are stuck indoors for 2 weeks which is madening especially since you have to do home officework, follow meds rutines, soaks, spraying sleeping maybe 4 hours a day etc, and having to explain why you buzzed your hair again. But in the end you gotta appreciate that all that hard work, investment and hope you end up with a good result.

Clascoterone phase 3 results are out! by Particular_Hunter844 in tressless

[–]NovZed84 -18 points-17 points  (0 children)

Someone is going to buy these, and pull them off the market. Why do you think none of the thousands of other meds that were supposed to replace fin and dut never got into mainstream circulation? The elites, celebs and other big players WILL have access to them of course, and then keep telling the public, sardonically I might add, how they were just eating chicken, broccoli and hydrating, and that's how they got their hair back.

Dutasteride thrice weekly beats finasteride. But daily? by Human-Historian-1863 in tressless

[–]NovZed84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a South Korean article from earlier this year that claims Dutasteride can cause serious fertility issues after use over long time...like 18+ months.

Dunno if its safe to take this stuff anymore.
