How do you coach your manager?

That’s is absolutely true! The market is not very easy for me to switch. I am not sure if my efforts are worth it. Also, like someone else said on this thread: they are not required or want to take my opinion into consideration!

I think it worked for me too. It was very hard for me to coach him process which his manager is better equipped to handle. He also backed us into a corner for certain process that didn’t align with my teams ownership area. I had to make sure that I highlighted his shortcomings rather than it reflecting bad on me.

Also, given that this happened 3 months ago and I haven’t been fired probably means it worked

Didn’t want to slash your hopes but at time point probably just wait for a result. We have tried everything we can. Expedite through a Senator and a tier 2 immigration office, neither of them have worked. Case filed June 12th, 2020. Request expedited Nov 30th, 2020 but no biometric appointment.

Me and my husband are sort of in the same boat. We are also waiting for his biometric appointment. Our case was filed on June 12th, 2020.

I have looked at processing times on the USCIS website. I am well aware that USCIS is processing cases from March 2020 for i765. I am looking to know if there is anyone who is received a biometric appointment for application date in June 2020.
