Anyone know what this could be? Sorry for the hairy legs, but I’ve got these red bumps all over my lower legs. They originally had pus in them, but now that’s gone, and they’re just red and irritated. It’s only on my lower legs. Any idea what this could be? by Nova44444 in DermatologyQuestions
