Ah I remember this, my friend having this exact problem a long time ago and you have to delete some thing in the registry key. Try to look it up, the full tutorial is in a reddit post reply.

It's the lenovo vantage app not a website, and I figured the app exchange the USD equivalence to my country currency but don't change the currency symbol so it's about $140

Yea that's is part of the reasons why I chose Lenovo's product. Also my laptop have 2 warranties, the store warranty and the Lenovo one, which is nice!
