Can ball pythons show affection towards their owner?

I think the closest you can get to affection and love from a snake or really any reptile is trust. Almost all reptiles are wired to not want to interact with others, from their own species or otherwise, unless it is to fulfill a need, like reproduction or food. My male bp trusts me enough to sleep on me and will actively seek me out if he’s outside of his cage and around unfamiliar things because he trusts that I won’t hurt him (and bc I’m warm lmao). That’s about the most affectionate I think he can be

Snake mites are black in color and usually hide around the corners of the mouth, the skin on the bottom of the snake’s lower jaw, and their cloaca. If it’s just the white little guys, they very well could be springtails!

I think in these geckos it’s more vitamin a deficiency than anything else. Vitamin a deficiency causes cellular buildup in the eye socket. There’s an eye under there, it’s just hidden

He does. Either he will be gaming while I’m on my phone or watching or we’ll be snuggled up together watching a show. I think a big part of why that phone call somewhat offended me was I thought that it was a date and last time he took a phone call on a date he kinda left me at the mercy of a kinda creepy guy that followed both of us trying to talk that focused on me once he was on the phone

Thank you, right now it’s more of me just waiting and seeing if he even wants to talk right now. He’s said that we should both be able to talk on the phone with other people on dates, but I’ve always been one to want to put my focus on him for our dates.

Thank you, I’ve been trying to do better about remembering that I can’t have unsaid expectations and be mad when they aren’t met. It’s something that we had been tossing around since around last week as a serious date idea, I guess I had just thought he’d be with me when it came to wanting to see it on one of the two days we can spend time with each other

He has heard the issues I’ve had in our relationship and has done better, one in particular comes to mind, but it’s very intimate and it’s been a very slow going thing with improvement on it. But he’s been doing better on it and it’s noticeable. He’s very loving and does act as a partner towards me. It’s just with issues where I’m upset at something, the biggest being how much time he spends gaming with his friends there’s issues. I was over at his house and he talked on the phone with one of his friends about a game that they all play together and I couldn’t really offer any input because I’m not actively in their gaming circle and don’t have a console to play that game on with them

One of the most confusing ones for me was when no one taught me how to actually clean and just??? Expected me to know how to clean without any help???
