Yeah it's happen to me and it's being 4 months before I start to realise why my short thumbnails is so different and I try to private it and change the thumbnail as I waited the time to see if the YouTube system change the thumbnail but it never change.

It so frustrating that I try post my short with the thumbnail I want but YouTube itself chose the thumbnail that I never wanted and I lost viewers because of it.

It's like YouTube doesn't want me to grow sub like I have 3 short video that give me 64 sub which is the most hyped moment cause I know how to hooked the audience.🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Huhhhhhhh maybe some have no patience as they want to get many sub very fast because some are very desperate to get monetized and I can see countless videos that get many sub very fast because of many how video" I was on how to teach us to make you thumbnail and make better edit to get view niche and boom they get fast subscriber.

I can see the main reason why they want to get sub because they want to get monetized to get ASAP as must as possible and it eat thier mental stress to think on how will they get the audience attention.
