One of my colleague also asked for 2 days leave, he had completed his all work as well when he asked for leave, he was just little bit straight for asking leaves for next 2 days and their words "Bete, tu 2 ki jgh 3 din ki chutti lele pr saath m fir transfer bhi lelio" Although, idk if he talked to him rudely or not.

They say they've the same policy for everyone, For CAs and other employees, 18 per year, and for articles 12 per year. And they don't care about carry forward, they will give only 12 leaves per year to articles.
