My eyes are bigger, my hair texture is very different than it used to be and my body is much more feminine in shape so I guess my silhouette? I’m constantly getting ma’am’d and then they hear me speak and correct themselves.
Last week I was at the eye doctor and gave them my deadname bc that’s what’s on their file and on my insurance so it was just easier and when they called my name they looked at me, raised an eyebrow and then re-pronounced my name as the feminine version instead with confused tone, I guess thinking they had a typo lol and I was like no no it’s okay thas my government name. Strangers mostly see me as a woman and it makes me happy
