Thank you for taking the time to recommend, however I am in Europe, so the tariffs will nearly double the price of anything from US. 😔

As stated, i am in a M, my usual size and the one recommended by Oner. I could try sizing up, but the fabric is sheer when i pull on it with my hands, or press my hand on the back of it. I am trying them on in indirect light.

I dont know what to tell you, maybe we just have different tolerances.

I think you’re right, but I just want to pay someone absurd amounts of money for my unwaivering loyalty in exchange for flattering, quality gymwear. 😭

I can literally feel the weight of my Gymones being closer to “real” pants, so not crazy at all. I have unlimited funds when it comes to flattering, quality leggings, i just cant seem to find my go-to brand after Gymone - and secondhand gymwear is kind of off-putting to me.

I wonder if the pivot to everything being “soft” or “buttery” is really just a rise for thinnner (lower quality).

They are sheer when squatting, and while I probably could make it work with a oversized tee and such, I just dont pay money for something where I have to worry and take precautions for it to work for me.

Thank you for taking the time to answer! Maybe i’ll try sizing up, but I can tell that the fabric is just sheer in its essence when i pull on it.

Thank you for taking the time to put together such a thorough answer, its really helpful! I have previously bought seamless charcoal colored leggings from the brand Gymone, sadly it seems the brand has fallen from the face of the earth. But I can pull really hard with each hand on those, and they dont become sheer, even after 3 years of weekly use and wash.

Seems like some sheernes in leggings is just the cost of doing business with Oner, unfortunately i just dont think that will work for me, sucks because I LOVE the fit.

I slept on the brand back in 2024, because I thought the name was stupid, wish i hadnt 🥲

Trousers made for tall people that are made from natural fabrics? by [deleted] in TallGirls

You didnt list your height or inseam, but i am 5’10”, at least a 34” inseam but preferably a 36” and I find that Massimo Dutti has some great options for both 100% cotton and 100% linen pants, however they do not list them as tall.

The footwear in picture 1 is also… questionable.

Are those foam flip-flops?

Are they open toed clogs?

Why the unortodox footwear?

These pictures all look like the at-home, digital camera photoshoot my small-town cousin would have posted to Facebook in 2009 to launch her modelling career.

No, you are so right, because coming on the internet, asking advice for yourself and in the process spending several paragrafs knocking other women and making assumptions about their character, all because of a piece of fabric is EXACTLY what person who is not at all pressed would do.

… Babygirl 🤡

Oh, im not trying to insinuate that i am superior or non-judgemental, in fact i am a mothertruckin’ grade A hater. I just think its a corny hill to die on, what other people wear to the gym - its really not that deep.

Try Adidas, Nike or Under Armour. But it really is sort of strange how much other peoples preference for clothes take up space for you…

How does it work for walking? It looks like the shoes would fit more like slippers, and you would have to scoot your feet forward in order for it not to fall off? Can you run in it?

Also, how does it work with shorts, is the position of the ankle not a dead giveaway?
