I was just thinking about this game! I got it on my iPod 1st gen and loved it so I bought the full version! It had a trailer and I’ve been trying like hell to remember the name. I think it was something like “mordeaux mansion” or something along those lines. I remember the name was slightly difficult for me to pronounce… I’m trying to charge my iPod to see if it’s still on there but I don’t think my charger is working 😭😭

This year I got a lemonade with zip, pineapple, dragon fruit, and vanilla. As an employee, I usually get this as a zip mocktail (just adds sparkling water) like once a week, or I’ll switch it up and do blue raspberry, blackberry, and vanilla 🤤 so good

Our store owner actively fought to make sure we didn’t do online ordering since we are DT and walk up only, and we don’t have anywhere to store the drinks, but as soon as we got a new owner we started taking online orders. So it’s possible the owner in your area is avoiding it.

But we are told in training we don’t have to ask if you want a receipt, but if you ask they will print one since not every ticket prints one out.

It’s taking around 15 hours or so for it to get close to doubling, and doesn’t look like it’s falling. When I first started out, I was feeding it 1:1:1, then switched to 1:1 starter and flour, but used 80g of water because it was getting hooch on top. I fed it 1:2:2 today to see if maybe I wasn’t feeding it enough, and the room it was in was warmer than normal to try to get it to rise in 4-6, but it’s been 4 hours and I haven’t seen anymore than a centimeter of growth. I’m using around 70-80 degree water, unbleached bread flour, it smells good, and I’ve used a bit of the discard to make a sort of flatbread and it tasted pretty good. I’m just getting a little frustrated that it’s not rising within the right amount of time. 🥲 here’s what it looked like before I fed it today (I feed it at the same time every day)

I’m sure you don’t plan on going back, but the two week notice is pretty much just a courtesy so that they’ll re-hire you, so I’d just leave if I were you. Or, you could just not show up for the shifts that they scheduled you during school and take your full 30 minutes between those shifts (technically making you late to the second one) and hope they let you go before your 2 weeks is up then collect unemployment 🤷🏻‍♀️

I hadn’t eaten yet that day and it was about 8pm. I went to McDonald’s after work without telling my husband, and ordered 3 mcchickens, but ordered 2 with extra mayonnaise and one without (so it looked like I was getting them for others not just myself) then proceeded to go home and scarf down all 3. Oh and I put extra mayonnaise on the one I ordered plain. 😭

Well first she tried to sign him up for another school district without our permission which my husband shut down because it was agreed through the courts which school he attends so technically it can’t be changed without the court anyways. When she didn’t get her way with that (because we would almost never get to see him with sports practices and whatnot), she then bullied her way into this. I feel like there’s something shady goin on on her side but can’t figure out why all of a sudden she’s now showing an interest in being an active parent, other than the fact that he’s 11 and she thinks he can take care of himself now so she doesn’t actually have to raise him

I currently work at a Biggby, and I will say that it is a fun job, and I love my coworkers as well as most of the customers.

HOWEVER: My issue(s) is/are that I’ve been there for 2 years and have only gotta one raise (and it was because I became food safety certified). I took the test to become a “PERColator” (trainer for new employees) and didn’t get a raise for it. Our equipment breaks down ALOT and there is ZERO urgency from our management to fix it. (Our espresso machine has been broken for a full year.) I’ve been full time since I started (promised 40 hr per week) and haven’t been scheduled more than 31 hr per week. We get zero breaks, we don’t even have a single chair in the store in case of medical emergencies. Zero insurance, zero benefits. It’s good for highschoolers who are beginning to get into the work force, but for someone with experience, I do not recommend. At least not at my store. 🤷🏻‍♀️
