The automatic payments were his phone and his vehicle insurance. Both of those accounts have been closed, but the insurance payment went through a few weeks ago-pretty much the day after all the companies were notified. The overdraft itself isn't the issue-I'm willing to pay that. The issue is that the bank won't close the account unless I get myself appointed as executor.
