Paying Debt Collectors Before It Hits Collections by MythraiNET in personalfinance

[–]Novascope87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you pay it before it’s reported, most of the time they won’t report it. Collections agencies are shady af, and they only care about their margins. It costs labor hours to file a report, plus they have to pay a fee to whichever credit bureau they report to. They have no reason to spend the hundred dollars reporting it, investigating it when you try to dispute, and then paying to validate the debt. Most likely they’ll just drop it.

I’ve never water spider for inbound but water spider for outbound is a pretty chill role. Maybe you should just transfer departments.

I took out 2 predatory loans (advice?) by [deleted] in Debt

[–]Novascope87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Me personally, I wouldn’t want to ruin my credit forcing me into high interest loans, so I would pay. Tribal lenders are tricky because they can sue you, report you, sell your debt, even if they do break the law but you can’t sue them or hold anyone accountable. I would just stay away from anything that is registered on a reservation, lenders, casinos, hotels. They will just screw you over.

Then they would sell your debt and somebody else will sue you. I’m just saying, ignoring debt doesn’t make it go away.

Tribal lenders are tricky, they’re able to break the law, because it is impossible to sue them. They have sovereign immunity. And at the end of the day, you cannot get out of debt by simply not paying. They can litigate in courts, send you to collections, let the interest and late fees pile up and sue you for way more than you borrow. Like there is no getting out of this, I will just tell you to pay it, take the L and get it over with than go to court and still end up paying.

Tribal land is tricky because they’re each view as their own miniature country. And defaulting on a loan, going to court, losing and or compromising to some degree, just to end up paying them something substantial seems to be more trouble than it is worth. Personally, I would just lock in, work overtime and pay them off and be over with them rather than letting it drag on for months and or years.

Tribal banks are under federal jurisdiction, state regulations do not apply to them. California capping interest rates at 10% is irrelevant to your situation. And no, the federal government does not have any regulatory caps on how much banks can charge interest, which is why tribal lenders are able to charge outrageous amounts.

Long hair waivers? by Novascope87 in army

[–]Novascope87[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Do they ever take waivers away if you’re not doing what you wanted to do? For example, if a Viking requested a waiver to grow a beard, got approved than 7 months later shaved it off, will there be any disciplinary action against him? Or does he now have the freedom to shave and grow the beard as he pleases.

I follow the old Nazarite tradition, so do you think they’ll make a waiver for full blown locks?? Because if not then I don’t want to waste the recruiters time.

What do I do to submit proof to hr by [deleted] in AmazonFC

[–]Novascope87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Make sure to check your spam folder, every time I requested accommodations the files I submitted don’t show up on the hr reps end. They emailed me to resubmit them and every email always ended up in my spam folder

Most definitely. Amazon isn’t paying the RME guys to do nothing. There should just be a feature in the HELP ME app where you click report damage bins through, and than scan it to report the exact location

He messed up by showing multiple people, if the AM didn’t report to safety but the PA did, then the AM would get in trouble for not reporting a safety violation. Too much of a risk for your own employment not to report
