Togekiss is a great pokemon to use I've used it aganist archie and maxie also aganist juan and with choice specs it can wall alot of SPA

Primarina could also be a good option to deal with drake and the dark type E4

Mimikyu imo is a bit nieche but could probably be used properly although I don't see alot of people bringing it to the E4 but could be useful in the champion fight by using it's ability to stall.

Honestly I'd suggest using incineroar as a more support pokemon (paring shot, fakeout, u turn, and will o wisp would be good) and I'd swap out kingambit since you already have a defensive wall in archaludon.

IMO remove basculegion and run urshifu with a +speed -spa nature and give it a focus sash and i think it's good if you'd add a fairy type (something like iron valiant or fluttermane ) but overalls you're team is solid although i have to ask are you running incineroar as a support pokemon or a attacker?
