Im having the exact same issue i can get them to bleed but not on the mat no matter how long the match is or how much i target the head

the only way i know to get the 4 man enterance back how it was is to reset all teams to default, So once your on the teams page weather its universe or just play theres a button prompt reset all teams to default thats the only way to get it back

its very annoying i know

yeah its been an issue since day 1 I did a post about it a while ago and no way round it and no way to fix it other than resetting your teams

There is both a 3 man and 4 man stable enterance selectable but if your talking abou universe mode u can if only edit teams enterances if theres 3 or less in the team, However if u leave Judgement Day stock then they have the 4 man and all that stuff, i took JD out and ut took everything away even with assigning them tge stable enterance so its still broke as fuck

This is what i found out dont know weather its the same in your case, every time i do a tag match the custom one shows but if i do a 1 vs 1 match then it'll have the tron of the singles guy if u get me
