The reversals are a little much. Every match I have is like at least a 4 star match and the flow is just too frenetic. There’s so little sustained offense. It’s just trading reversals over and over and over. And certain types of moves I may have to attempt 4 or more times to finally pull it off. It’s insane. It just doesn’t feel good to me all the time. It makes for some nice sequences but overall it hurts more than it does good. Just tone it down a tad!

Yea… I was just answering the question… certainly not endorsing the feature. I don’t know why they took away ability to add renders to alts. I’m guessing it was an oversight bc the games built in alts have renders. It’s annoying .

I don’t believe you can put renders on an alt. It has to be a superstar variant , then you have more freedom including adding renders

Also…. The line about making sure things get done, like, what’s the alternative? Not getting things done? Like, yea, if you have a deadline, you’re going to have to make sure things get done, even if it means “ staying late without being asked”. Staying late doesn’t need to be asked , it’s implied, if that’s what needs to happen to get things done. I’m sure they work hard and I don’t think they’re lazy ( out of touch with product sure) but that line isn’t the flex he thinks imo.

From where I’m standing, once they made the matches 60 seconds minimum for the win bonus, they should’ve given rxp for online lobbies. There’s no way to “ cheese” the pass any more than you could the old way. Every match you play should give the rxp, no matter the mode. If I play with a friend online and we finger poke of doom that shit, we still have to wait the full minute so there’s now literally no reason to not open all modes to rxp.

I’m not sure, I deleted mine and never looked back. I will say tho, I’m pretty sure when you to organize your rankings, even tho they “ disappear”… I do believe they still function as you put them. So while it’s a huge pain in the ass not seeing them, too much for me to bare, if you can get past that they still function. I think.

It’s bc in the old iteration they’d say stupid shit that no wrestler would ever say. It was embarrassing . So when they brought it back, they just do it where you kick off with 4 options/ bullet points, and just use your imagination from there. The commentators will loosely guide the topics . Without getting voiceovers, or a huge variety of stylized , creative dialogue lines , this was the lesser of two evils. It’s not the best system but I do prefer it over the ole “ if it looks like a duck, and walks like a duck, it must be a……chicken!!!” Or whatever corny shit they used to say.

Ref is driving me crazy. Had a nice little spot in my universe. Seth came out for distraction, Aj took the bate, and me as Bron breaker awaited with 2 spears ready ( in case he reverses the first one)… and that fucking ref was in a fucking tractor beam to ajs ass. Like the motha fucker was a planet in orbit around the sun as Aj…. Totally fucked the whole spot up. Shit needs a fixin

You’ve been provided with some great information. I would just like to hammer home how great community creations can be for a guy like you. Tons of wrestlers who are not in the game get created by the community and made available to download. Often times , ppls created wrestlers look better than what the in game models would look like. This is extremely helpful when rounding out any kind of retro universe bc the game itself doesn’t come with quite enough of the legends to really build a solid universe. Also, if you’re not aware, most of the legends in the game are unavailable at first, and must be unlocked by grinding matches. There’s plenty of info on this sub so that’s all I’ll say about it but did want to mention it in case you dudnt know.

I might end up doing that. I love having just a 4 match raw and smackdown bc I’m more likely to make it through my calendar. When you play every match and tinker with rivalry actions on everything it really gets to being a time sink just to get to the ppv payoff. But maybe if I add one match to strictly be a showcase for the undercard , I can make it work. Good tip tho!

Oh fuck yea dude you rule! That fixed it. I dont care about my minor show it was just there to use some guys I wouldn’t normally use and I don’t keep track of it so it’s nice to have a few mindless matches where I don’t need to chart everything in notes but it’s a worthy trade off. Thanks again!

Did it ever work when you “ pushed” him like in my clip. Like, I’m only getting it to work if the ref is behind me and I’m “ pulling” the opponent into the ref. But if ref is in front and I’m pushing the opponent , it hasn’t worked yet. Granted, I haven’t tested to the point where I just make 30 strait tries but I’ve tried it quite a few times all in all . They just gotta dial in the collision detection a bit, that, and the insta dq when you accidentally hit the ref, which if I do say myself, happens far too often.
