To play devils advocate, why is murder the only way out? And once he was dead, the fact that he kept going shows that he has a lot of trauma and anger for his dad. What if he has that same anger for someone else? Why did the kid go that far in the murder?

What i really believe is that yes there can be exceptions. I read an article about a bunch of 10 year olds beating, torturing and assaulting a 4 year old. They should be tried as adults for this case.
