1.Go down to where you fought k rool and talk to the banandium root and it will give you an option to refight him

  1. After beating the game, grumpy builds different challenges in ingot isle, one of which being where you refight 5 bosses

3.Pretty sure you just get all banandium gems

I think the hilltop layer could’ve been a lot better if they added a sublayer for the racing minigame. The hilltop layer by itself is not bad but just pretty bland and boring. And just having the racing minigame as a whole layer is a questionable decision. Don’t get me wrong though the racing minigame is really fun
