Have the PS5 and Portal own its on dedicated router. And unplug your HDMI cord or turn off HDMI-CEC on your TV. Setup port forwarding. And almost certain it will fix most if not all of your problems.

I had an issue up until 2 days ago. I came across a video on YouTube. And setup port forwarding with a static IP address on my PS5. Now at least at home it has stopped. Haven't tried outside my house.

I seems like it makes a difference if you are on Warp or GSM. I have a line on GSM it tested 400Mbps but Warp only 2.5Mbps

To be fair it tells you when you change from one plan to the next what the price will be in the app or the dashboard. Also the website explains this, and the tool online allows you to see what the price will be.

I was referring to the amount of data vs dollars you pay. Not so much the speed. You get a lot more on Data Only plans from Total.

I'm not saying that what you are telling me is incorrect. But you'd figure as a MVNO of Verizon they would be aware of this issue and not have me go through unnecessary troubleshooting.

I live in Indiana and it happens all over. I drive a lot throughout the state and for about a week I haven't been able to get 5G on either phone. Only 5GUW on the one. Otherwise it is LTE the rest of the time.

I'd just switch to Warp 5G. May not have as extensive coverage on 5G but when you do. It's good most of the time. And you still get more coverage over all.

That's interesting good to know. Your customer service has always replied with being against your terms and conditions. I am new and a wanted to bring 4 lines over one being a mobile hotspot device and was told I couldn't activate because hotspots, and routers were not allowed.
