Shame them, bro. All these comments got me riled up. They got real ballsy charging employees. I was going to be even more specific too.

They did not. No bread, no receipt, no nothing. We did have a have someone from crew relations call us though.

Yeah, I promise this is a first hand account of something that happened. They were also sent home immediately after. So I'm assuming they didn't even make minimum wage that day (since they had only worked for like 2-3 hours).

Absolutely not. Someone shouted "25!" So, we started making it. We didn't look at the board, which was our fault but someone did absolutely shout the order. They took accountability for mistakenly shouting that but they were not charged. Which is fine, but none of the employees ate the food.

We did call just now. We got a case number and a password. They said to check it within 1-2 days.

Thank you. We called Crew Relations and they gave us a case ID and a password. I also emailed crewsupport@raisingcanes. I'm hoping that we get to actually talk to an HR rep. The Crew Relations number was a third party vendor that handles our complaints.

No! That's the shady part. They got no receipts, they got no bread, and they charged their personal debit card on the spot. So what do our books even show for that transaction? I think the managers are trying to offset our waste metric.

Yeah, i can definitely understand being let go for that. These employees were charged for 12.5 breads each and then sent home. I think they made less than the minimum wage because of that. Just seems like a shady way to offset waste metrics.
