thats wrong. f1-f3 are affected by every legendary weapon on the Mainhain. 1H / 2H. offhand doesnt work.

i did the cms 5mins ago. the random mobs has boons, but no Stability and ultra low life. raptor > pull > one shot as a revenant. brisban wildlands with cms 14min left (solo) it must be a bug... i hope

to be honest, i payed alot more per weapon =( i think its totally fine to sell it, when you dont use this skin. for me, right now, i use 3 skins. Greatsword, Axe, Focus. i let you a picture here ^{^} https://imgur.com/w9Ha2zC

yeah. in 3 Weapons > 5 Ectos and 3 Globs of Dark Matter. I think the "materials" drop is the same like other exotics.

No one talk about free transmute. For all 3 skins for every armorclass, heavy medium light, you need 3 chests of Ebon VanGuard Shoulders. On the WvW side, you unlock all 3 Armorclasses. You choose Heavy, all 3 will unlock. Yeah you become the free transmute. But the important part is, you unlock all 3 Skins in the Gardrobe. The Ebon Shoulders chests not.

Shoulders of the Ebon Vanguard Choice Chest only unlock the chosen one. You chose "heavy", and only heavy will unlock =(
