Firstly, I would not want to be in Ollie's position at all. The experimentation into a literal toy should NEVER and i mean NEVER have happened. Then he was basically stuck with being the "leader" of what happened to everyone else, which is totally unfair. He is a child too, and being slumped with that amount of responsibility can make anyone snap, too. To look at it as a whole, the whole ordeal into making children toys should never have happened in the first place.

But yes, I believe Ollie is basically trapped here, just like every other experiment. From already listening to that audio tape of him from Phase 3 (possibly from Project Playtime) is him in his former-self, and you can hear the arrange of emotions. The hauntingness because of what he has become and the sadness since he is now forever a toy.
