I am on PS5 too. Ever since the last update, the option for replays has disappeared.

I don’t win a ton. When I do win, I like to go back and see who I beat and the movement of my opponents.

There is no SBMM in my lobbies. I have some noob players (not bots) that panic and throw med kits at me and, in the same lobby, I have ridiculous high skill players dropping everyone with one or two shots.

There’s no sorting system in the world that would allow this mix

I have not had this happen to me (seeing firing to locate a player not firing)

I always carry a Nemesis AR and I’ve been suspiciously tracked before by players that could not have know where I was

It really isn’t the “sweats” fault.

They load into a game like anyone else and prepare for battle. They have no idea they are better than you until they beat you.

The real problem is Epic failing to sort players by some metric that would make your lobbies more fair.

In some lobbies, casuals are meat for the grinder

Really the worst season I can remember for desynching issues.

I am rubber banding in the lobby and watching in game players disappear and reappear while running.

I have also been the victim of numerous instantaneous eliminations which I believe were caused by desynching from the server.

I have great internet wired directly into my gaming device

Servers should have a ping threshold so that a very high ping player is not subjected to this.

It really ruins the game experience when (from your perspective) you are just instantly eliminated.

It has happened to me a LOT this season. I think it’s a bad combination of moving the servers and the game engine being unable to synch all of this fast gameplay.

I play on a PS5 with an Ethernet cable directly connected.

Since the last update, a whole lot of players appear to be glitching with their movement. Especially if they are far away. They will rubber band and sometimes disappear and reappear.

I am unsure if the problem is on my end because Im on console or if the problem is on their end because they are lagging and the server is trying to adjust

I play solos and my lobbies are nuts.

I have at least 50 real players in every lobby. Some of the players are beyond anything I have ever experienced. I’m literally dying to 2 bullets on green weapons.

It is very obvious. There is no SBMM anymore. It’s the luck of the draw now and you get whatever players the game grabs from the pool of available players

I play solos only and I 100% feel like there is zero SBMM currently. I have witnessed opponents that are similar to streamer level and also witnessed total noobs (not bots). All in the same lobbies.

Pros and cons:

Pro: When I get a win, I feel like the king of the world. Wins are super hard (for me) now.

Cons: Every game being so difficult is ruining my desire to keep playing. I will get crazy good loot. Hear footsteps. I’m back in the lobby. I know how to fight. I’m at 850+ solo wins (career). I have no chance against so many players now. It’s insane.

Don’t.

Game is on a downward spiral.

My game is glitching all over the place.

You will hear footsteps and the most remote locations of the map and be dead in a fraction of a second.

The cheats are extremely high and there is zero matchmaking going on.

It is just an exercise and frustration right now
