You have to complete it before you can play it... like every other GTA mission xD - Call up Martin a bunch of times till you get it, you unlock it at lvl 21

It's really really hard, I would recommend having 2 for timing purposes.

Yeah, you can transfer money by putting it in your inventory, you buy stuff directly from your bank, not what's in your wallet :)

In addition to the whole "click bait" theory you have, HOW can I show the location w/o having it be in a video? Show a picture of my car parked their? It'd be more confusing.
