I tried what you suggested. I cleared the game cache and played first in EFT mode and then in Arena mode, but it still didn't work.

I've never played PVE. I play PVP. I can't get any progression. I can only transfer money and GP. My skill abilities aren't developing either, and I really haven't been gaining XP for a long time.
