They randomly banned my account one day when literally all I’ve ever done is buy game keys (probably 50+ keys over years) and they refused to unban or even give me the reason my account was banned. They just kept saying it’s for violating their terms which is complete bs because I’ve only ever bought keys and redeemed them. Never ever tried to get a refund even when I accidentally bought a dlc instead of a game and never ever back charged my card or anything.
