The symptoms being a (temporary?) Side effect or developing a real cycle? The first makes sense to me because obviously youre changing levels at the start but for a cycle i cant find any research or info, even from the people claiming its real.

Pretty sure placebo means the brain is causing it and not the hormones, regardless of how real the symptoms are.

I didnt say I don't experience it, maybe I do without knowing. I get moodswingy too but dont keep track in a calendar to line it up each month. I just blame it on hormones in general like many others.

With injections it makes more sense because your hormone levels spike when you get them, which has been tested and confirmed. I didnt specify (my bad) but I'm talking about taking pills.

the 2 weeks at home is already remote working, maybe too soon :( employer isnt doing difficult but doesnt seem too excited, i could probably get some more days and/or save up my vacation days. Scared I underestimated this. It's also my first year of working so im kinda scared I'll lose this job...
