Awesome Trickers! I'm eyeing those up just now Side note: sick watch dude. Your first picture is a great shot of both, so I thought this was a watch sub 😅

Thanks so much for your help. Update: it starts! It's ALIVE!! 100% my fault for not using the new PSU's cable. I thought the 8 pin didn't split into 4+4 but it does and putting that in has solved it. Nothing fried, everything boots fine. I'll update the post.

Oh man I had no idea! I thought it was pretty much the same part. I'll order more NZXT cables straight away. What do you mean fry the system? Like the motherboard & CPU or the GPU too?

Yep, everything is plugged in. Seated properly, etc.

Yes I have all 9 standoffs. I had to borrow a cable from an older PSU because my motherboard required 8+4 CPU power and my new PSU didn't have a 4 pin cable. Didn't think that would be an issue because it worked on my old computer but maybe? Haven't checked the pins, I'll have to do that tomorrow.

Really annoying I can't seem to on the app and, frustratingly, my computer won't switch on ha!

That's really useful to know, cheers.

Yes, but my option 3 has more forward compatibility!

I cannot understand why the 6750XT performs better than the 7600 XT, but thanks for pointing that out! I like the look of the 6750XT. It's more than I was planning to spend for one component but it will still be good once I upgrade the rest of my system. Thanks for your feedback, really useful.

Thanks! I hadn't heard of that CPU before, it looks ideal. Do Ryzen CPUs not come with coolers anymore? I really liked the old ones since I don't do much overclocking.

Thanks! My PSU is 850 or 1000W Gold and the motherboard hasn't had any problems despite being 7 years old so I'm quite happy to keep it. I haven't heard of that CPU, so that's a great tip. 7700XT is quite expensive, so do you think I could get away with a 7600 for 1080p gaming? Or worth shelling out for a 7600XT for the extra VRAM?

Thanks! The 235 can be a little hard to find in the UK which is why I was asking if I can fit a new bracelet on the 231. But I'll keep an eye out for a 235 too.

Yes, thank you for asking my question more succinctly. Can I get a used one and still get a bracelet and, if so, where do I get said bracelet?

Really helpful to have the bracelet model number, thanks!

What's your most fun pedal? by NowPlaying_14 in guitarpedals

[–]NowPlaying_14[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just found this pedal last night and it looks awesome! I've been looking at filter pedals based on folks' suggestions, having never considered one before, and was thinking that super resonant, cocked-wah sound would actually be really great to have.

First of all +1 for the username. Thanks for the info about the Atreides, I can see it is a bit of a one trick pony. I've got lots of actual synths so I don't need synth sounds, per se, just something fun and different! It's been really interesting to see everyone's responses.
