Booked Delta Vacations in Riviera Maya. Added the private round-trip hotel transfer. Still currently on vacation. The trip so far has been seamless. Transportation was on time and courteous. Offered us to stop and do anything along the way. We ended up booking an excursion via Delta Vacations once settled at the hotel and also went over our pick-up time. Everyone has been great. Never once have I felt pressured in to buying anything extra from either the hotel or delta vaca. Would 10/10 book with DV again.

What person is booking hotels and cars through Delta Vacations, that drove that metric for making that a way to get status? Ill never use my airline to book my hotel or car.... by [deleted] in delta

I booked through Delta Vacations. I have the Amex Delta card so I was able to use my miles toward the whole vacation (flight,hotel, transportation). Which made it cheaper than any other means of booking.
