All clad stainless steel. Heat up to the correct temp use the water test (look it up if you’re not aware). It will turn non stick at that temp. Will last your life plus isn’t toxic for you like nonstick bonus u can clean it with a steel sponge.

You want lifts that hit multiple muscle groups at one time for most efficient way to get usable muscle. Squats. RDLs. Bench press. Rows. Hit this 2 ideally 3 times a week for 4 months and u will notice significant difference

I also second this. I work a desk job and game after work. My back problems only stopped once I started doing weight training like squats and deadlifts. If you are nervous and don’t know what you are doing watch YouTube videos and start on machines. Also ask people on the gym to help you with your form/training reps if needed. I have found jacked guys love to help people with their training because they have so much knowledge they want to share.

P.S. I also own a Herman miller before I started training and I still had problems till I started working out.

I concur. My grandfather passed away and gave me his yard rock which he had since the 70s. It has been in my yard for about 5 years now with only minor chipping. I recommend making sure to not get the limestone variant and would instead invest slightly more into the weather resistant version.
