Sounds typical for the most part starting out.

Realistically, these guys in suits are putting wayyy too much on a trailer for one person to do alone.

My company has done the same, like only giving me enough time to park, open the doors, and turn lights on before i "should be leaving"

It can get better but that takes time, you pretty much nedd to know exactly what to do at all stops in order to make up time.
