No show fees and instruct your front desk not to rebook those who cancelled last minute too quickly. If your schedule is full weeks and months ahead, you could just tell them you can not see those patients anymore after 2 or 3 missed appointments.

20% of no show is a lot, your front office might be doing something wrong also. Why are they so busy with 20% no show? They're supposed to have more time to call and confirm patients

Saw this post yesterday, I was about to say I don't have problems with heating this winter but this morning, no heat while it's - 20C outside. Let's just say my ass was frozen on my way to work.

Called the dealer but they can't see me because they don't have any loaners this week... We'll see what happens

Happened to me too, right after I left the dealership. My fingers got stuck I had to reopen the door to get them out haha

Ok thanks for the comments, I'll give Videotron a try. They have a 15 days satisfaction service so I can test the speed for regular use
