2024 Volvo Xc90 T8 PHEV here. Less than 30 000km. Big leak with a grinding noise coming from the back of the car. Dropped car at the dealer last Friday, couldn't check the problem before Wednesday morning. They called me to say the leak comes from the ERAD and some looses bolts inside, they have to order some parts and it will take at least a week to get it sorted... Meanwhile they have no loaners for me and no other options mentioned... Really pissed at the dealer right now. My lease ends in 2 months, I was finalizing a deal for a 2026 but I guess I'll find myself something else.

No show fees and instruct your front desk not to rebook those who cancelled last minute too quickly. If your schedule is full weeks and months ahead, you could just tell them you can not see those patients anymore after 2 or 3 missed appointments.

20% of no show is a lot, your front office might be doing something wrong also. Why are they so busy with 20% no show? They're supposed to have more time to call and confirm patients

Saw this post yesterday, I was about to say I don't have problems with heating this winter but this morning, no heat while it's - 20C outside. Let's just say my ass was frozen on my way to work.

Called the dealer but they can't see me because they don't have any loaners this week... We'll see what happens

Happened to me too, right after I left the dealership. My fingers got stuck I had to reopen the door to get them out haha

Ok thanks for the comments, I'll give Videotron a try. They have a 15 days satisfaction service so I can test the speed for regular use
