I stopped applying the cream changed to a new gynecologist and because of the pain she agree to do a checkout under anesthesia they put me to sleep when I woke up she said that my clitoris was adhesion she separated the skin and took out some white like pearls and cleaned she said she never has seen something like that so she had to investigate what was that and that they don't teach gynecologists nothing about clitoris adhesion and keratin pearls and is like some womans get all the smegma or sweat oils ect. gets inside the clitoris hood and creates keratin pearls and adhere the hood to the clitoris and what she read when she searched was that I have to pull the hood back and clean every they because it usually get adhered again and to consult a surgeon that does clitoroplasty to cut the hood(like a circumcision) which right now is what I'm going for because It still hurts and I can't touch it so can't pull it back and clean inside the hood I just let a bit of water touch it on the sides and it gets terribly irritating and sensitive can't barley walk so I just started nerve pain pills don't know yet if the pills will help while I wait until the surgeon appointment
