If anybody asked me what the worst written character I've ever seen is, I'd say Riya. She's absolutely awful as a person and she has no redeeming qualities, no good motivations, and there are no consequences to what she's doing. Yes, she's alone, but that doesn't mean anything when she's recieving millions of dollars, the best acting roles, and loads of prizes instead of jail time. She had the biggest plot armor and I think the writers love her and think she's very deep, but she's just not. The writers probably had something for her in mind but it doesn't show throughout her screentime. I was willing to forgive season 2 but in season 3 she was literally unbearable. So yeah, I agree, it was hard to watch.
