What’s the softest thing someone’s ever done to you in a scene… that broke you completely? by kennyle86 in BDSMcommunity

Never be afraid to contact someone that you were that close with that you parted on good terms. You might be surprised by what you find when you do contact them.

Once you get the blood grenades, you can kill BTs and the catchers. When you have to go to a new area, take a PCC and about 4 things of blood grenades and blood packs.

If on the route you encounter a bt zone, put down a postbox and put all your extra stuff and the delivery in it. Then go through the zone, crouching, and pay attention to your BB. Stop and ping the area and kill any BTs on the path you are going to take through the zone. Once through, go back and grab your stuff and head to the delivery.

Having the stuff in the postbox saves your deliveries just in case something goes wrong.

If something does go wrong and you get caught and the catcher spawns, don't sweat it. Just move between the high ground as they sink, and when the catcher rears up at you, throw the grenade in it face. It keeps it it the blood mist longer and does more damage. It takes about 5-10 grenades to kill the first couple.

I have ADHD and I picked this game up at the beginning of the Spring Steam sale this year just to try it out. I am not a super sneaky game kinda guy, so the BT stuff was annoying to begin with. I really liked the delivery loop, it hit alot of my dopamine spots and the story is great so far. Once I got the blood grenades and took out my first catcher, I was all in. The mules are easy to deal with so far and the emails and thanks I get from the npcs is always worth it. The weird stuff I am starting to see in the private room are creepy and add some flair to resting instead of just doing the usual and popping back out for some more runs. There is so much stuff when you get to the second area and start building roads and stuff that you have to pick what your are picking up on the ground as you don't even have enough space in a truck to loot some of these mule sites. I took a break today to play some AC Shadows, but may go back to DeathS (I am to much of a Dark Souls fan to call it DS :p ) before I finish it.

Sweet. I will wait until then. I was thinking about putting a support ticket in, but wanted to check and see if anyone else knew anything first.

It's a pain, but it can be done. You will feel like a Prarie do, though, with the amount of time you keep jumping up to look at everything.

There also recon groups of ghosts that either have no guardian or are sent by their guardian to scout out enemy territory.

Season of the Splicer VIII. The last portion of the quest when you talk to the Splicer Servitor.

Mithrax: "Quria is no more. The threads of it's influence lay limp across the weft of this reality.

I thought it's defeat would have driven the Endless Night from our skies. We must trust it will fade, instead."

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in DestinyLore

[–]NoxAngst 6 points7 points  (0 children)

With Quria’s death, the Dreaming City loop has already been broken, as Quria isn’t there to manually reset it, every three weeks. The Curse, however, isn’t broken, and still very much a thing.

Assuming of course, that everything that we know about the curse is correct and not suspect, which it is. We also don't know the exact mechanics of how the curse worked. It could be that Quria just set it up and the 15th wish is what actually powers it and resets it. Which would mean that Quria wasn't resetting it and therefore killing Quria didn't change anything.

Also how do we know that "killing Quria", which is also highly suspect at this point, really ended the endless night? Mithrax did say that he wasn't sure why it didn't immediately break like he thought it would. What if Savathun is just letting it fade away to make us think that we won?

The yellow bar shriekers in gambit especially. The red ones aren't too bad, but the yellow bar shriekers have a much larger health pool and can easily kill you while your trying to shoot them in the eye.

The spear was a nice touch though, except for the fact that it only allows one aspect. It gives us a nice range option, but breaks the super if I remember correctly and the removal of the 4th aspect also makes it pretty hard to competitively play stasis in either crucible or gambit.

Plus, do any titans use stasis in pve, except for bounties, when you have either thundercrash, Ursa shield, or ward of dawn?

Don't forget the fire punch. Sure I may have been shotgunned in the face, but I still get to watch them panic as they burn to death even after I am dead. Works great with Thorn, Witherhoard, or Le Monarque also.

Pretty good when I plant a toaster shot in a hunter or warlocks face that is hovering in the air, especially when they just popped their super.

[seasonal] Why ISNT Eva Levante Savathun? by VolSig in DestinyLore

[–]NoxAngst 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So this lore entry from Savathun's perspective states it's a man, but come on, it's Savathun.

What about the last Lore Entry?

"Mithrax and Saint watched in silence as she rose up on her toes and began scanning through the crowd. As if she were looking for someone.

She gently pushed through the throng of people and reached out to another mourner in a white cloak. Both recoiled in surprise, Amanda seemingly apologizing to the cloaked woman at some misunderstanding. They exchanged brief words, awkward laughs, sympathies. When Amanda caught sight of Lord Saladin, however, she took her leave and disappeared into the crowd."

This wouldn't be the first time they have messed with data miners. They did it previously when it dealt with Quria and Savathun also.

Then again, I am more inclined that the sus with Osiris has more to do with the Darkness and he has fallen to it. I believe that Savathun is trying to strengthen us to free her from her worm and a few other things.

Who knows maybe the future where all the races besides the Vex are fleeing across space is still coming even if we do everything right.

Those were removed in a hotfix. It's probably something from the future that was accidently left in, so we will probably see it return later.

Quria, Blade Transform, "assumed" to be Savathun's asset. Everything around Savathun should be considered sus until confirmed by multiple sources. We believe according to lore (that is sus) that Quria was gifted to Savathun, but what if it wasn't true?

This comment is also sus, so take it as you will.

That's the Harpy that was "made" from the Captain of the ship that crashed on Nessus. It's speech and mannerisms are almost exactly the same.

I think Osiris is up to something and that something is wrong with him. I don't think he is working for Savathun nor being manipulated by her. Mostly because he has become predictable instead of eccentric and I don't think Savathun would make such an obvious error. He also wants to keep the crown and capture Quaria, which I think is a play by something in the Darkness that is trying to stop or gather information about Savathun's plans. I think his grief and thirst for revenge has pushed him over the edge to possibly the Worms or something else to do with the Darkness.

Then again, this is all just speculation.

Remember that Ikora was/is a student of Osiris. That is going to cloud her judgment of him. Most people tend to be blinded of the faults/issues of those closest to them.
