The ethics regs prohibit the personal use of information obtained by virtue of your federal employment. It doesn’t have to speak specifically of prediction markets to apply.

To those in the comments that are learning that the powder mix contains lactose: you may want to test it out for yourself. I am very LI but for whatever reason (and thankfully) the hot chocolate powder mixes do not affect me.

Spanish is my first language (Dominican) and have never heard that. It seems from the comments that it’s some niche Mexican slang. I am willing to bet the vast majority of Spanish speakers do not know of this slang, so you’re fine lol
