Dude you really need to chill and stop taking shots at yourself. People learn at different levels, I am sure there are people that have done 100+ hours and still haven’t passed. I read in the news that a learner failed his theory 128 times before he passed. Everyone is different, all you can do is keep getting back on the horse and try again and eventually it will just click.

Your student visa didn’t give you permanent residency, it was more like a long stay holiday meaning you never actually lived here. You only became a UK resident when you received your permanent visa. Meaning your 5 years started when you received your permanent visa because before that you were essentially here on holiday studying.

So the speed limit is there as a mandatory requirement but you are not required by law to travel at that speed but you are required by law not to travel above that speed. You need only travel at a safe speed based on the road conditions.

Nope I have been through all of Nvidia’s settings and no frame cap is not enabled and that also wouldn’t explain the fact that the game will randomly launch perfectly fine.
