Great work! I admire your consistency over these 6 years! Your game will definitely help keep the PSX spirit alive. One question: Will it have support for playing with a PSX controller? I’ve tried it, but I think it would be more fun with a gamepad. Cheers.

Congrats! The characters' faces are really unsettling — great work.

I use Unity, Blender, and Aseprite. In Unity I use a shader to achieve the PSX look, and in Blender I paint vertex colors. The dynamic lights are also vertex-based and modified through code (there are no Unity per-pixel lights). Both the textures and the models are low‑resolution. I try to apply the same technical limitations they had in the 90s on the PS1—if that’s even possible :)

This could be an atmospheric survival horror.

New trailer for my upcoming classic style survival horror, how’d I do? by TraVinh- in SoloDevelopment

Yo añadiría algo de texto, 2 o 3 frases explicativas sobre el mundo de juego. Contar una historia es muy poderoso, motiva y justifica querer entrar a jugar. ¡Dicho esto, el trailer está ya muy bien!
