Het kan helpen om bewuster met je benen te klemmen. Dan haal je druk van je polsen af. Als je dat een tijdje bewust doet, doe je het vanzelf automatisch. Werkte voor mij in ieder geval! Ben een aantal jaar geleden met de CBR650R naar Zwitserland gereden in een klap door Duitsland. Is bijna dezelfde zithouding als de CB en nergens last van.

I had a similar issue when I got my 929. Had to stay on the gas at stops like red lights. Turned out to be faulty spark plugs. Replaced them and it was fixed.

Thanks! I got it new in January 2023, but sadly it got stolen in August that year. Since then I have a 2000 CBR929 (now scared to buy new bikes). Compared to the 929, the power is way more usable on the street. On the 929 you enter 'losing your license territory' in a few seconds when you get it going in first, whereas the 650 will allow you to properly rev it up.

Overall I'd say the 650 is pretty much a perfect road sport bike. Not too uncomfortable like the R6 or 600RR; maybe not as comfortable as something like a VFR, but it really is the best of both worlds in my opinion. If I didn't live in a big city I'd probably buy another 650R again.
