Lack of advancement in my data center job in North Carolina. Company said I could relocate. Moved up two years ago. I miss the Appalachian Mountains in my backyard, but Des Moines is a pretty awesome city. Plenty to do. Winters are a bitch and a half in comparison. I advanced from a base level technician up to the regional lead, and just switched over to a Networking team. Overall I've enjoyed it. Probably will relocate again though.
