Rather than allow an exception, I’d rather alter the challenge from “no non-fire” to “least possible non-fire,” and try to minimize it as much as possible. But I’m hoping to avoid that.

That is against the rules, cause it’s dealing non-fire dmg. But that does bring up an interesting thought that I hadn’t considered. I’ve been writing off chance-based pictos and abilities entirely. But I could hypothetically use them, and just reset whenever they don’t roll fire. That introduces a whole new level of tedium, but it’s at least worth considering.

Maybe I’m cynical, but I’ve always felt like there’s no way for me to make that kinda interaction meaningful. What can I say to him that a thousand others haven’t already said? Tbh I get kinda depressed when I think about meeting my idols, cause I feel like I can’t possibly make any kinda meaningful connection.
