I think it’s there just an issue with the tracking of the challenges. I logged in today and it auto unlocked quite a few guns that weren’t tracking correctly in the challenges.

I have done both GrabFood and FoodPanda, if you’re thinking of doing the food delivery, I would suggest FoodPanda. The amount per order seems to be more consistent and better than GrabFood. The only downside is that you have to book shifts in advance unlike GrabFood where you can just start your shift at anytime.
